App license
Startup Empire Tycoon is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your license to use the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement is the app's end user license agreement.
In-app purchases
The game may offer optional consumable purchases, including additional play weeks or revives. Prices and purchase terms are shown in the app before you buy. Apple processes payments under its App Store terms. Consumable items are applied in the game as described on the purchase screen; availability of restoration can depend on whether an item has already been consumed. If you choose to use Sign in with Apple, eligible purchased-week balances can sync across devices.
Game and website
The game is a simulation for entertainment. In-game companies, valuations, financial outcomes, and decisions are fictional and are not business or financial advice. This website provides information about the game and may change as the game evolves.
